Students in their final year at the University of Applied Labour Studies in Mannheim, Germany (HdBA, partner of the project GSmart) learn about different aspects of diversity in teamwork and the possibilities to strengthen cooperation in diverse teams. Therein, factors of cross-generational collaboration play an essential role in everyday and working life in Germany and Europe. To present these connections to the students, the contents and results of the GSmart project are the subjects of a weekly lecture series from the period 01.05.2022 to 31.08.2022. The students show great interest in the project and practice applying some of the methods of the Cross-Generational-Collaboration Model in the course.
